Order lines may be uploaded from an Excel File, using the Motion Template.
The part number in the template must be one of the following part identifiers:
- Customer Stock Number — This is your part number that we have on file
- Manufacturer Part Number — This is the Manufacturer's part number
- Motion Part Number (MINO) — This is the Motion Part (Ex. 00300B04960)
- Motion Item Number (SKU) — This is an eight digit part number (Ex. 00214587)
All lines uploaded will be checked for errors and loaded into our "Express Ordering" format for completion.
You will have the opportunity to enter additional information such as PO Number, Release Number, Account Distribution, Requested Delivery Date, etc. prior to completing the order.
